I did a pull up for the first time in my whole life... I guess 30 ain't so bad :-)

    would love to hear some pointers, sadly even as a gymnast I was never able to do a full pull up! I would love to accomplish it one day!

    The guy in the video is a bit of a dork who uses a lot of bias pseudoscience in his videos, but this video is a good reference point for negative pullups and pullups.

  • Congratulations!!!I too never been able to do a pull up. Lost went from 220 lbs to 160 since Christmas 2014. did three full pull ups last week. It IS a great feeling
