Disgusting back fat

Hello all. :) I'm 6'3" and my current weight is 191 (down from 201) and I'm trying to find my abs again.
I'm a road cyclist/2nd year triathlete with unwanted stomach/lower back fat. I've changed my diet and with all the running, cycling and swimming that I do, I've lost 6lbs over the course of a month. My belly fat is melting away but my lower back chub is still the same?? Can someone recommend a solution to this problem?!

Thanks,
Kenneth

It's because your body fat is still too high, you're doing great by the way keep up the good work! Males tend to store body fat in lower abs and lower back (although everyone is different) but you sound just like me and that's where I store fat the most too. This will be the first place you see when you put on weight and the last you will see to lose fat. Meaning the last 5-25 lbs are the hardest but don't let it discourage you keep working hard and leaning out and the back fat will go away. Fat percent is fat overall, you may see it more in specific areas of your body but fat percentage overall is still the same. So if you lower body fat more then it will eventually go away once you've reached low enough body fat. Hope that makes sense.
