    Right now I've got Let It Happen by Tame Impala at the top of my workout playlist. In Heaven by Fatboy Slim is in heavy rotation, also Violet by Hole and Debaser by Pixies. I really like the Danger Mouse Grey Album for runs.

    Decent lifting cadence can be found in old Mix-Alot ("Put em on the Glass", "Don't Call Me Da Da", "I checks my Bank", etc) ... phrasing allows for 4 and 8 count movements
