Hi everyone. Im about to go grocery shopping and need some dinner ideas. the catch is: I can't eat meat and I can't eat cheese (though all other dairy is ok.)
Any ideas?

Here are a couple ideas from recipes I've made recently...
This curried chickpea & vegetable stew is one of my favorites: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/muzio/view/curried-chickpea-vegetable-stew-94679 . It's got a coconut milk and peanut butter sauce base and is only 251cals a serving!
If you would prefer a tomatoey base rather than peanut butter, this chicken with chickpeas & cauliflower would work fine without the chicken (or with soy chicken substitute): http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/muzio/view/chicken-and-chickpeas-with-cauliflower-103372 It's 268 cals per serving... and so yummy!0
