Having a motivator

I registered for an April jiu jitsu tournament back in January. I need to be approximately 160 Lbs or less. It drove me to eat better, and exercise more as I prepared. I learned that I could be fit but fat and that I could be thin and out of shape. I also learned that weight is primarily a function of what I put in my mouth. It takes too long to run off the results of an eating binge. I am now at target and leaner than I have been for years but am surprised to find that I am still in the 15-20% body fat zone. It says a lot about my lifestyle choices. Having the reason to lose was a strong motivator.
