Glute bridges, hip thrusts, donkey kicks, box squats, lunges, and gluteal exercises on the elliptical have all been working for me.0

kneeling cable kick backs works amazing. Grab a bench and adjust the height so when kneeling your straight leg can clear the floor. Hook up the leg not kneeling with an ankle band attached to the lower cable, kneel on the bench and kick the leg back to hip height with a flexed foot.0
