You need more protein and much less white flour and refined carbs, etc as others suggest. You'll need to allow some weeks to get used to eating less refined food ansd sugars. More veggies, some fruit
You can use the Goals tab of MFP to input your ratio of carbs, protein, fat. Then, use the pie chart in your diary (on mobile--this may be located elsewhere on your computer) to view and measure your actual consumption of carbs, fat, protein against the recommended percentages. You should also track your grams of iron and other nutrients.

When I had that exact problem my diet was way too high in simple carbs and way too low in protein which sounds like might be your issue. Try eating less pasta rice and pizza and start getting more meat and dairy into your diet. Make your carbs all whole grains instead of refined white flour and white rice bases.0
