Does anyone have any idea what the calories burned looks like on a typical leg day? I'm talking machine squats, leg press, calf raise, Leg curls, hack squats - everything with weights. One flaw of MFP is not counting strength as calories "earned" but I dont know how to calculate it.

It's very hard to calculate because it depends on stats, effort put in (machine squats take way less effort compared to free weight squats), rest taken etc. Just calculate your TDEE and eat either less or more calories depending on your goals and if your weight is changing too drastically change it accordingly.

You can log "strength training" under the cardio exercises if you like and it shows "earned" calories. However, as alyhuggan noted, it is very difficult to get a reliable estimate on calories burned (like many things). You just sort of have to do your best and watch your actual weight loss / gain / maintenance changes to see about where you're at compared to expected weight based on your logging.

Since I try to never eat more than half of my cardio calories back (if I only do cardio), I just usually let myself eat back all of my cardio calories on leg day because I figure it will even out. That's only about 75 extra calories for me, but on leg day every bit helps.

On leg day I can burn around 700 calories doing it circuit style for about an hour. I wear a HRM.
