hi there,
I am a single mom of two that has been struggling for years with my weight, my kids are getting older and I've decided to be more proactive but I definitely need support in this long-haul of losing weight.

    Don't give up. Whether you do it for yourself or your kids, it's never too late. I am trying to reverse the damage of 24 years of smoking. Not easy, but I am looking at the big picture with small goals in between.
