If you want to learn about your metabolism you can start here.

That should give you an idea how to speed it up.0 -

To eat 5 times a day breakfast lunch and dinner plus 2 small snacks. And drink more water he's not that helpful0

If your metabolism wasn't working you'd be dead.
I also think it's incredibly unlikely there actually IS anything wrong with you other than you eating too many calories.0 -

But if you're looking into why you have no energy and can't lose weight i'd start the following:
1.) eat more fruits and vegetables which are high in vitamins and minerals
2.) supplement b vitamins
3.) working out more often
4.) correcting sleeping patterns
5.) staying hydrated
6.) have a calorie deficit and TRACK EVERYTHING accurately (measure!!!)
If you don't start feeling better or losing weight within the first few weeks i'll be a monkey's uncle.
If you still have really bad problems, see about getting your thyroid tested or vitamin levels tested.0 -
Try b vitamins and eating 2 bigger means 9ne being breakfast and snack the rest of the day. Don't eat till your full think of it like a gas tank that you want to keep at between 1/4 to 3/4 full. My buddy who was a cyclist has a metabolic rate of 1900 and I'm at 2168 after changing to this system which is crazy considering I'm a 100 pounds heavier.

Also eat spicy foods. in the skin of spicy peppers there is capsaicin and what it does for your body is it I'll speed on your heart rate and increase your metabolic rate by 25% for up to 3 hours. Suracha sauce is great low calorie and adds great flavor.0

What? No.
Spicy food does not speed up your metabolism by 25%. There is some evidence that it might boost it by a tiny percentage for a very short time.
That said, Sriracha is delicious.0 -
Humor at its best.0

Delicious, but not spicy.
When I grill my week's worth of chicken, jalapeños and habaneros go on the grill, too. They'd be worth it if they slowed my metabolism.0 -

ahh....no
OP, you might want to look into a new doctor. All that is required for weight loss is a deficit. Move more, eat less.0
