Is there a way to track steps on this website? I do not want to buy the fit bit.

There is a built in pedometer on the newer iphone. If you have an older phone there is a free app called pacer. It will sync with Mfp.0

You... don't have a cell phone?
Seriously though you could buy a cheap pedometer and use an online calculator to estimate how many calories you burnt. You could even get a Fitbit Zip and it'll do it automatically, they're reasonably cheap. If you really don't want to buy anything you'll just have to estimate how far you've walked (or count all your steps every day...).0
