    Hi all. I need help. I started keeping my journal on 2/27/15 and have been meeting my food and exercise goals but have only lost 3.4lbs! I am soooo frustrated! How can I find out what I am doing wrong?

    Biggest motivation is the person u see in the mirror. Its tough but you can do everything u set ur mind too.
