30lbs down!!!!

I can't believe it guys. I started about 3 months ago. SW-208. Whoop whoop!! My goal is about 130-140lbs. Any tips/motivation to help me reach my goal?

    And I just started using this app today lol so I don't know much. I was using Myplate and I hear great things about this app so I figured I would give it a try

    Great job! Sounds like you have a great headstart! This is my 2nd time using MFP & I think you'll find the food/fitness tracking to be very helpful & these forums are also a wonderful way to find answers to just about any question u might have ;) Good luck on your journey!
