With the first 15lbs gone I see change! Didn't really think I would notice much difference visually until further into the weight loss process.Totally stepping out of my comfort zone here...

Thank you! I eat between 1200-1500 calories daily and don't eat back my exercise calories. I walk at least 12k steps each and every day and most days I average around 15k.
