Original Goal Met

When I started this back in October, I thought I would be estatic to go from 280 to 225. This morning I weighed in at 224. While I'm estatic I'm nowhere near done. I now have my eyes set on 195 and will decide then with my doctor if I need to go further. Still hard to believe I've gone this far in such a short period of time considering I haven't given up my Dr. Peppers, BBQ or Tacos just enjoying them in moderation.

Well done! I've found that not giving up the things I love, but just cutting down a bit, has really helped me stay on track too!0
