my fat intake it's high today I was shocked I thought I was doing great. It say I need only 20 percent on meat and it's only about 3 ounces at day. What does this mean

    It depends what kinds of meat you are eating.
    Meats like fish, steak and good for protein, but you don't need to eat a lot to get your daily needs. These meats are also high in fats, but good fats which your body needs and can process more easily than saturated fats.
