So my weigh day is tomorrow. BAD AMANDA, I weighed today. No movement. I'll do the official weigh tomorrow and record... BUT BUT BUT!!!!!! I am feeling really fantastic lately. My body is achy (sorta) but in a good way. So the question I have is can you look at my food/workout diary and give me some suggestions? Thanks! -A

I went to take a look, but it wasn't available. Have you changed your settings to an open invite for all?

    Hi,
I saw your diary and noticed that sometimes you add calories as quick add and may be you are over eating more 'fat' or 'sugar'.

    Good luck

Kinda hard to tell as you are often just quick adding your calories. That can be quite a slippery slope. Try logging everything you can. Make sure you are actually measuring and weighing stuff, not just estimating. I would strongly suggest you track you sodium. I bet you dollars to donuts it is higher than you think :) Sodium has stalled many a weight loss and is harmful in large quantities. You would be shocked at the amount of sodium found in fast food ( even salads) and especially pizza! Hope this helps, good luck :)
  • In addition to what has already been noted, some days you skip meals. Be careful to eat at least three meals each day. Many folks eat six small meals. One more point: I only looked at a few of your days, but you are inconsistent with your calories. Some days you eat beyond your goal and other days you consume too few. Try to hit your allotted caloric intake each day. All the best to you!!!

Maybe, you should add to your nutritional values sodium. Especially, if you are working out, then you muscles may be retaining a lot of water. I can't really tell by you most recent diary because you have a lot of quick add calories and that really doesn't give any other information. You may need to add a lot more lean protein to your diet, and cut some of the sugary drinks and carbs. I did and weight started melting off. I hope it continues because this is something I started recently. So far so good. Make sure you are drinking plenty of no calorie fluids (preferred water).
