  • Dinner I made tonight.. Albacore tuna from Hawaii, called Hawaiian Tombo sashimi grade. I had shipped in from Hawaii. With seared roasted duck fat/ skin diced, with Black pepper, Ginger, butter.l, With a tab of spicy sesame oil, truffle salt, Ponzu, Fresh lime, sweet soy, fresh garlic, cilantro, scallions. I've been making sushi dishes for over 25 years and I always share. Yes I made it 100% I love to cook for friends, and family.

    all the same ingredients, but different fish which is called toro tuna. plus homemade grape marmalade and a dash of organic honey, sesame seeds, and sliced dried organic mango on top.
