"logged in a row incorrect"count--really frustrated Technical Support-it will not let me post there

I have logged everyday for months, via 2 different devices, but the same account. Occasionally one will not recongize that I logged anything and will reset my logged in a row day count to zero-when there is clearly food logged. I was attempting to have a contest to see how many days in a row I could log, but this failure on the app has cost me the contest.
