And how are you logging your food and exercise?

How long have you been doing this for?0

Rabbitjb I have been logging my food yes. I'm also using FitBit to track my distance daily.
999tigger I have been doing this routine for about a month now but I took my mileage up about two weeks ago0 -
I also recently took up my water intake due to the weather0

Do you weigh your food?0 -
How old and tall are you? 1800-2000kcal sounds rather high for a diet, especially as you're not so heavy to start with.0

TavistockToad no I haven't tried weighing my food, though I do usually measure the cups
Yirara I am 27 years old and I am 5'2". My caloric intake used to be lower but with my physical activity I had to increase it. My body actually kicked into starvation mode and I started gaining weight rather than losing0 -
Once I started increasing my calories I saw a steady change in the number. Now I've taken my mileage up even more, but I'm kind of afraid to take the calorie count back down. I'm here for tips though so I'm willing to try anything that won't cause me injury or harm.0

Weigh your food. Seriously, if you're not losing weight that is most likely the answer. If after a couple of weeks of weighing and logging religiously you're still not seeing any progress, drop you daily cal intake by 100.0

I'm going to start looking into food weighing now. Where's a good place to start? With meats?0

Weigh everything you can. This includes vegetables, sauces, lettuce, everything. The only thing you don't need to weigh is water.
Also, in reply to your comment about going into starvation mode, you may find this interesting: http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/starvation-mode/0 -

^^All of this. And preferably using digital scales, in grams.0 -
I'm 5'3" and close to your weight. My maintenance with lifting, yoga, and a lot of daily steps is less than you are eating to try to lose. You have age on your side that I do not, but even still I'd say 1800-2000 is quite possibly maintenance for you, not weight loss range unless you are doing some other activity to burn larger calorie amounts that I haven't seen you mention0

Yeah...if you aren't losing weight or gaining...it means you aren't logging correctly...use a digital food scale.0
