I totally don't meant be a debbie downer but please please don't get discouraged when your results star tto slow down. I see way too many people fall of the wagon because they are disappointed the following weeks after a big loss. It is very normal for the body to drop quickly at the start of a lifestyle change as a result of body confusion how ever it isn't maintainable to continue to lose a high amount.

well what can I say that all of you have said, it a task getting on the scales as you dont know what its going to tell you but to lose 6lb is dream come true but like said in this that the following week will be less as your body is going into a new stage but as we all said keep it up as you will get there good luck and think possitive

well its nearly time to do my weight check again but I know it will not be as good as the last but as long as its a drop and not a gain then thats ok
so how are you doing with your course are you on track for your goal weight
