I've stopped and started so many diets, I'm trying MFP again and I have a lot to loose and really could do with some support buddies! I have problems with binging too so anyone with experience in that area would be greatly welcomed! Feel free to add/message me

Think we all have problems with binge eating and eating what we shouldn't.
The worst thing for me is my sweet tooth especially chocolate!

High protein based diet, small portions, exercise, plenty of water. Don't consume more than about 1000-1500 calories a day. How so I know? Cause I lost 115lbs.
