I started my weight loss 3 years ago in college after gaining a lot more than just the freshman 15 . I lost over 40 pounds and as of about 3 months ago was looking fantastic- I was 117 lbs, and my body looked amazing. I had these great abs and could wear anything I wanted. It was incredible.
Hitting my goal felt fantastic but I failed to transition to the maintenance phase. Instead I pretty much just stopped working out all together and have been slowly sinking back into my old bad eating habits. HELP! I have gained 10 pounds and have completely gotten off track!
I am disgusted with myself for letting this happen after all the hard work I have put into losing weight. But for whatever reason I am totally unmotivated. I know this happens to a lot of people, so I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for me.

What is the worst though isn't the actual number of pounds I've put on, but how sluggish and bloated I feel- all the time!

I'll bet if you force yourself to workout for about one or two weeks, it will again become a habit and your eating will clean up as a result. Don't wait until you WANT to do it. Just make yourself do it.
