I have a fitbit, so I just maintain 10k steps per day (Basically, I either hit the treadmill first thing in the morning if it's raining, or walk home from work about 5km.) and I go to the gym two days a week. I'm having a bit of an appetite problem just now, so I'm having a hard time eating back exercise calories some days, but for the most part just the fitbit and MFP are doing exactly what they're meant to do, provided I log all my food while the fitbit logs my exercise.0

I have about 40 to lose (already lost 10). I try to eat 1600 calories (or less) and workout as often as possible, typically consisting of 25-30 minutes of cardio (elliptical) and other random exercises like leg lifts, squats, crunches and push-ups.0

Ok one thing I'm doing wrong is not maintaining my 10,000 steps.. I excersize or walk for 1 hr a day and I still don't hit the 10,000 steps0
