How do I get excited for the gym?

Sometimes...or for some people all the time...excitement is not part of going to the gym or exercising - do it anyway.0

To motivate myself to go to the gym I set aside magazines that I'm only allowed to read when I go. When I used to shower at the gym I would treat myself to a really delicious smelling (and somewhat expensive) locally made body wash that I packed in my bag.
I also make sure I have gym outfits I feel cute wearing and allow myself new outfits a few times a year. Finally, I always sit in the sauna for a bit.
But beyond all that sometimes you just have to start going and make it a habit.0 -
I go every morning 6 day s a week .. Feel Better . I own my own business. Stress management. This works. This is a great way to start the day..Dont need alarm clock. Wake up go to have fun..
