Hi All,
I am getting impatient about not loosing fast enough. I not sure why, because when I look at things logically I have done quite well. 21 days and down 14lbs. I guess I am just getting nervous that the loss will now slow down to a 1-2lbs per week (which I know is healthy). I am worried that I will give up or "relax" and gain back. I know its silly, but I guess its just the way I feel today. I keep reminding my self that I actually already feel better, pants fit better etc., but geez this weight loss thing can be so trying on your mind.

How actually I was a little off on my loss its 14lbs over 30 days not 3 weeks.0

Instead of worrying that the weight loss will slow down, come to terms with the fact that it WILL and it SHOULD, and make plans for how to deal with it when it happens. Much more productive than stressing out about it. It's a long game, but you can succeed at it with the right plans and mindset.0

Give yourself a longer term goal, say July 1, when you look at the long run then you won't worry as much about the short term and let's you be more patient. BTW 14 pounds in a month is quite spectacular.0
