I wanna be able to eat hard boiled eggs regularly, and I like them so far, but for breakfast I can't seem to think of anything to do with them. I don't like salt on my eggs at all. Can anyone help me think of ideas, thank you.

I cut them up & mix with an avocado. I usually use my avocado egg salad in a wrap.

Mash them up and have them on toast with avocado? You could add tomato or ham as well.

Tabasco - or - Louisiana Hot Sauce - a few shakes will spice them up

    @mpat81, great idea.
on that bandwagon here's a great Siracchi-gotcha recipe
    Umami Hard Boiled Eggs
    umami-egg-spoon.jpg

    Ingredients
    • hard boiled eggs (see “how to” below)
    • soy sauce
    • sriracha hot sauce
    • nori
    komi furikake

    Directions
    Slice
    1. hard boiled eggs in half, length-wise.
    2. Carefully add a few drops of soy sauce to each yolk, making sure the soy sauce doesn’t spill over, instead soaks into the yolk.
    3. Add a dollop of sriracha to each half, then sprinkle with nori komi furikake (or something else fun..I use oregano & dill).

I like my hard boiled eggs cold and plain...if I need to shake it up some I make them into deviled eggs with lots of pepper...I use mustard and a touch of mayo when I mix to yolks up.

I mix eggs, avocado, and salsa. You could use hard boiled eggs, but I tend to use scrambled or over-easy.

I like them mashed up with sriracha or tabasco.
    or
mashed up with about a tbsp. of whipped chive cream cheese and dried dill.

If you're willing to Poach (rather than Hard-boil) that egg, here's one right from MFP:

That looks incredible! I'm trying to resist the urge to go out and get the ingredients for it right now!

I have never had this hot sauce, I'll have to see if my grocery store carries it!

Toast a whole wheat eng muffin. Slice the hard boiled egg into 4 pieces. Microwave 1 or 2 cups of spinach to steam cook it for 1 min or so. Place eng muffin on a baking tray. Drain spinach and place half on each muffin. Place 2 pieces of egg on each half. Season if you want to. Smear some light mayo over the top and broil till mayo is golden brown and bubbly.

Yes, egg sandwiches are winners. I use Arnold's Sandwich thins, scramble an egg and a little hot sauce. A slice of tomato if I have it. Easy, filling meal
