Frustrated!!!!

ok so this is getting very frustrating, every time I feel like im ready to start working out again I always end up getting sick again! and its always the same where its hard to breathe im so stuffed up every single time. on a side note hubby and I got invited to a wedding in early july and I really want to lose some of these inches and weight before getting a dress for the wedding. im pretty much at a loss ive got no energy and no motivation to try and push through even when sick but if I don't I wont ever get rid of this "problem of mine" and my situation isn't like others, all my weight is from having kids so close together. Ive never been a binge eater or heavy eater in general I don't go to food for comfort or any other reason you could think of but for some reason it just doesn't want to come off. if anyone has any tips or suggestions I would be extremely grateful. im gonna attempt to start up les mills combat again for the 3rd time and try to push through it and hoping next week to start up some walking outside (kids are on Easter break this week,) plus I have some head problems too on top of all of it, makes things even harder.

You could either:
1. Focus on calories and lose weight by that alone.
2. Take some Sudafed, DayQuil, etc and exercise with a lower calorie eating plan.
3. Do nothing.0 -
Losing weight is mostly diet so focus this sick time on healthy meals. Maybe walk a bit. Fighting through an intense workout can make u feel worse. Sure did for me0

thank you I don't have a problem with eating in fact I actually don't eat enough ive been really focusing on keeping hydrated and drinking more water than usual. my cold seems to finally be slowly going away which is good.0
