Hi! I'm 33, 5'6", SW: 200lbs, CW: 175lbs, GW: 140lbs. I'm also athletic and have found it difficult to lose weight. I'm a runner, but I also love the gym. I think it's really tough being an athlete and losing weight because you can't do the same simple calorie deficit since you need the calories. I'm tired of being "fit and fluffy"... time to lose the fluff!! I've also started an Instagram page that's a sort of fitness journal: aprilsfitjourney.0
