Hey! This is my fourth time trying to get back on track- I usually quit/forget after the third week and I think that's because I have no support system. I'd also like to support others. It may sound cheesy but I think it could make a big difference. Just hit me up and let's make this happen!

    I have tried dieting before and usually give up because I can't seem to lose weight. I really don't want to give up. I want to make a change so I cam be healthier in general. You can add me of you like. My boyfriend is great but I am in desperate need of female support too.

    Definitely add me! I need all the support I can get! I have started over so many times. I always think of how far I have to go and it seems like an impossible task to me. Working on convincing myself that it isn't!

    Add me for support and motivation!! I cook a lot so I can share awesome recipes and also do a few home workouts when I can't get to the gym or crossfit :) Also have a background in nutrition and sports medicine.
