Spring/Summer Body Motivation

I have been using myfitnesspal for about 3 years now and haven't been involved in any of the discussions but staying on track is so much easier with support. I am now just starting to get back into my routine to get my spring/summer body back. I only need to lose about 8-10 pounds so not very much but the last 10 pounds seem to be the hardest part. So ready to do this!

    I'm there with you. I don't need to lose much of anything, but I'm working on getting rid of belly fat and toning up. :)

    What are your stats? Daily calorie goal? Current workout routine?

    I'm 5'7" 135 lbs. 127 years old. My calorie goal is set to 1600. I'm currently following Chalean Extreme.

    I am 5'4 about 124 pounds (i think) i haven't weighed myself in awhile. 24 years old. My calorie goal is set to 1200 but i feel like i usually end up eating about 1400. My work out routine is p90x at least 5 times a week (thats a good week). The last time I toned up p90x really worked for me but its hard to get back in the rhythm. What are you doing for your workout routine?

    Hi there! I've been wanting to lose my last 10 pounds but seems impossible! I had surgery on my arm a couple months ago so my workouts are limited. My diet is set to 1400 calories a day. My issue is lack of drinking water, need to cut back on beer and wine and pasta!
