My problem is snacking, what's yours and what helps?

    sweet things. i don't keep them in the house. i got out to get them if I want them bad enough...its a good deterent.

    I'm a saltaholic. I used to put in on just about everything just out of habit. Since being on MFP I have gone cold turkey, it was extremely hard in the beginning but now I don't reach for the salt shaker. I still miss it but I know how bad it is for me. (always did-just couldn't kick the habit) The good thing is that my blood pressure is much better, but I believe that's from the combo of dieting/no salt and exercise.

    My weakness is, in the main, the fact that I don't consider an evening meal is complete without some alcohol - whether it be beer or wine. :p

    What I intend to do is to do a bit of planning and choose some meals that will have the accompanying drink and others that won't.....I just must remind myself not to run out of days before the weekend!
