Help?! Too much loss too fast?

Hey there everyone
I recently started dieting again 10 weeks after my little one was born and I am exclusively breastfeeding
I had cut my calorie allowance to 1300 and started burning at least 300 calories walking every day. I've now lost 4lb in 4 days and realise this is way too quick and probably not the best thing for me and my baby as breastfeeding burns around 300-500.
Can anyone give me a calorie count to follow aswell as exercise calorie loss so that I lose weight without risking anything interfering with breast feeding?
(Heard not eating enough slows milk supply).
Thanks

When you signed up for MFP, and you put in all your stats, what number did it give you? How many pounds a week do you want to lose? Keep in mind that MFP does not take into account your exercise in that calculation, so you will want to eat back some of your exercise calories. Since you are EBF, you may want to put in .5 -1lb a week rather than 2lbs/week. (If you did that)
If you want more specific help, provide age, height, weight, rate of loss you prefer, and it would be helpful to open your diary, if it isn't open.
If you just started losing weight, or have a very large amount to lose, it is common to see big losses the first few weeks, mostly water.0 -
IMO you should be eating 1200 to 1300 after exercise. I'd try eating more like 1600 to 1700 calories a day and if you do everything else the same, you should have slower loss.0

Hello my baby is 17 weeks and I am exclusively breastfeeding. I try to stay at around 1700 calories and I eat back any extra exercise calories that I earn. Just make sure you drinks lots and keep hydrated. Congratulations on your little one and good luck I have sent you a friend request x

I'd say it was a moderate amount I want to lose 2 stone, isn't that about 28 lbs?
Well I'm 19, 5ft 8 and currently I weigh 13'4 and I'd prefer 2lbs a week but happy with whatever weight loss really.
Thanks for your help0
