Add me back up peeps I was on here couple weeks now with another profile but forget the username so I am here with a new profile I loss 10 pounds and have 10 more to go which I need friends to help me through my process so add me plz

    Good luck to you. You definitely can do it. I was 187 lbs in 2009 and got down to 135 in a year. Over the course of the last two years I found myself at 161. I've worked my butt off this week over spring break and am at 153 lbs. I think small goals are better. My goal is 150 and I've got three days to go. Good luck to you. It's not that bad when you get into the groove of it.
