what time is best to weigh. I've been weighting at night. I know if I can be pleased with my night weigh in doing well.

A.m. first thing after using the bathroom. Same time, place and circumstances.

We I'll give that a try. That should be the lowest weight point. Right?

If you weigh later in the day, you're more likely to be bloated from water and sodium. Typical body fluctuations.

I always weigh roughly an hour after I've woken up, after my coffee, before my breakfast. That's just me. Gives my body time to adjust, clear out and relax before I stock up on nutrients.

When I woke up this morning, I was 186.2lbs. By noon, I was 185.9lbs and by 6pm I was 185lbs even. All water weight dropping off from that time of the month to reveal the work I've done. :) So sometimes time doesn't matter, but I USUALLY count on my early morning weight as being the most accurate. Except today. Because I worked HARD for that loss. ;)

I weight 169 three days ago and now 164. 5 pounds seems like a lot in 3 days but I truly have sacrificed and stay focus so I hope it's Accurate.

Morning will be your most consistent weight because you won't have eaten recently or had anything to drink. Therefore it will be less influenced by your day to day choices. Night weights vary a lot, so don't freak out at the number you see when you start weighing in the morning.

    "When to weight"
    When you're not neutrally buoyant.
I prefer a belt over putting weights in my BCD.
