    Welcome to MFP...If you need any help with anything, this is a great community...i have been here for 4 weeks, and there's no way i would have made it as far as I have without MFP!!! Good Luck in your endeavor!!!

    welcome....been here steady for 25 days....have learned alot and continue to learn...friend me if you want....stay focused...remember its slow but steady...eat as much of your calories as possible....especially the ones you earn when working out...it keeps you losing weekly and if you don't eat them your body's metabolism will slow down and put you in starvation mode...

    I just started back last week... I am looking forward to the challenges... first hurdle was to stop drinking sodas- and I am 5 days soda free:smile:
