    Wow, that is great. Feels pretty good, huh? I was amazed when I started pulling out older shirts that were XL instead of XXL. Even when I get to my goal at 210lbs I will stick with XL, I like the feel but it's nice to already be down a size :)

    I'm now in XL shirts and it's wonderful. Has been years to tell ya the truth. Going to keep going and just enjoy it as it comes off!!!

    That's so great! It's nice to have inspiration as I am starting at the same height and similar weight to you. I am down 21 lbs since end of March and I'm pretty excited about that! What I love about MFP is that we all get to take if of a way that works for us but we can still be inspriations to each other.

    Well I'm down 72#'s now and ready to get my butt back into gear with my new personal trainer. I need to do this!!!! Had to re-visit this for some inspiration of my own.
