hello to all im heading to 40 fast, and decided it was time to start getting fit so i can keep up with my kids.I have been working out for the last 5 weeks using beach body's Focus T25 workout and am allready seeing some amazing results :D

    I love the T25 workout videos...I got one more week of Gamma. Then it's on to P90x3...good luck with T25, I really enjoyed
