    It's only 9 a.m. and I went to train chest/triceps/abs, went for a quick walk, got groceries, prepped a few items for grilling later and am now relaxing w/protein shake, few carbs and watching about ten squirrels fight for the feeder on the deck! Always a good time watching them! Oh...and it's Saturday! :D

    I wore leggings instead of baggy sweat pants and did'nt feel self-concious. Oh, the chocolate I just ate made me smile too (Lindt 70%)
