    Thank u I really need that.. my boyfriend doesn't really understand my struggle cuz he eats alot and doesn't gain any weight... and also health issuses.. not saying he doesn't try to help.. he's been eating healthy with me..

    Instead of saying "starting over", trying thinking of it as "doing it right this time". "Starting over" is setting yourself up for failure in a way, in that, you can ALWAYS "start over" again.

    Im starting over too. Lost 10 lbs last year, only gained 6 back, so I wasn't too bad - but losing 10 wasn't my end goal so I am back on the wagon, hoping to lose 16.
