How put burned calories to diary

Hello,

could you advice how to put to each day burned calories? I know that I burned 500 colories with strengt workout. How to put to each day notes

    That seems an incredibly high burn for a strength workout ...the advice is generally to log a minimal number of calories for resistance training...where are you getting that burn from?

    If you are on website click on MYHOME-exercise

    On app in exercise diary

    Cut the calories to 50-75% and judge against your weight loss

    I am using Endomondo. From there I am taking minimum number of burned colories

    Be careful ...I highly doubt that is anywhere near accurate for weight training

    yeah, sorry to tell you, you probably burned like, half that with strength training.

    enter "strength training" in the cardio section of myfitnesspal.
