I love running. The furthest I have ever run is 5 miles. I have asthma and every winter and spring I get sick with allergies and such and usually end up not running. This year I've joined a local gym and plan to not let asthma and allergies get in my way! I plan on focusing more on what I eat than I have in the past. I'm excited for the journey!

Yeah! You can do it! I suffer from horrible allergies (allergic to grass and trees) so I totally understand how you feel. Making changes in your diet does wonders! I've been slowly eliminating certain foods I'm allergic to from my diet, and I feel much better. Be encouraged, you got this!
  • Thank you so much!

Eating and accurate logging is by far the most influential factor.
They gym sounds like a great idea for you as a supporting factor. Dont forget to lift weights as well. Good luck.
  • 999tigger I need advice in the areas of lifting! I have no idea what I'm doing! I want to do it, though!
