Can someone look at my diary, keep going over in my protein!

Im 2 weeks into my diet & feel I'm doing fairly well apart from getting sick of eating salads! I've also noticed my protein keeps going over & sometimes my carbs. Can someone please advise what I'm doing wrong? Thank you :)

    Going over protein isn't a big deal, especially if you're under your calories. In fact, many people look at their fat/protein numbers as minimums to hit.

    Three things:

    Going over on protein isn't a big deal. In fact you can adjust your goals to increase protein and decrease carbs if you'd like.
    Do you use a food scale? I really can't tell.
    Your calorie goal is too low, IMO. With 35 pounds to lose, you should have it set to lose 1 pound a week.

    Hi thanks for replying. Yes I do use a digital scale to weigh my food. I'm only 5ft and don't do any gym work etc. it's what MFP recommended. I'm finding I'm not hungry at all which is great. I just can't seem to balance the protein & carbs sometimes & feel I'm eating healthily as I can
