I guess we all have our moments of not liking our weather....
The year we visited Australia we went in November. I loved it!

Rain though...rain. Yep we had too have some rain. NO WALKING today. Exercise Bike it is UNLESS by some miracle it dries up late evening.
TOTAL thus far APRIL 10th walking miles is 30 Miles.....
Exercise Bike today 9.6 miles so that brings my total too 19.2 Exercise Bike miles...

yayyyyyyyyyyyyy the rain stopped. 3 hours later the wind had dried the road enough 2 walk my girls. We got in 1.75 walking miles....

WELME roannabanana MOVE that's all we ask. You can mile it any way you like. IF you want too set a personal goal than go for it. MINE is 110 miles. Some of us make it and some of us do not...IT IS THAT WE GIVE IT OUR BEST TRY....I JUST BET YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!0

Our long, long Easter holiday gave my husband and me the chance to cycle in old familiar territory ... where we used to live. Miss that place!! And down here, the leaves are turned colour but there is still a lingering warmth. It's autumn.

Great shot, Machka! Quite inspiring. And yes, it does look a bit chilly... We've got some Spring showers taking precedence this weekend in my neck of the woods. Even still, took some great walks with my guys and even a couple biking trips around the community. Sundays are usually my weakest days exercise-wise but I tell ya, I'm a sucker for Sundays! Get my worship on, fill the praise tank, and get ready for the week ahead!!
I see we've got a couple additions to our group! Awesome stuff! Welcome, and get moving!! Everyone is looking good and leaving this weekend in the dust! Or in my case, in the mud... Ha!

I am up for the Challenge! I walk 3 times a day and am conscious in my portions. I am purchasing a pedometer next month so I can track my steps. Congratulations to all who is in this group and let's gwt out or in and move!0

welcome...WELCOME too our Newbies... YES you can still join. We all set our personal goal. We STRIVE for 100 miles but we don't ALWAYS get there. I had several months last year I did not get there but I DID NOT GIVE UP.
sweetcheek...lol catchy name. Exercise is good. I have found that the pedometer is much more accurate. When I first started I just used what the form had. I realized later that much of that was NOT accurate as it all depends on your weight. SO HANG IN THERE and keep walking no matter what!

jesiann Sundays is SUPPOSE too be my REST DAY. I never (rarely ever) take that day off because I am concerned that it will rain or something will happen and I'll miss another day. I guess after my 2 months (what felt like rest days) I am not ready too REST just yet...lol
Early, very early morning I walked my girls...3.0 Miles...(it was a bit cool!)
Off too Morning Church Services....
After Church off too Lunch and picking up some items in town and took a slower walk before returning home. Such a glorious sunshine day day.....2.0 Miles...
Both walks gave me 5.0 walking miles....
Will be off too Church again in 1 1/2 hours.....YEP BUSY DAY... but love it!

We were going to go canoeing now that we have our canoe out of storage, but the wind kicked up and there must have been a storm in the Southern Ocean because there was quite a bit of swell. Instead, we opted to go for a hike.

Last month ended suddenly when we had to make an emergency run to North Carolina for our daughter. Lacked a few miles getting my 100 miles. Getting a slow start this month getting my head back in the routine.

This morning very early the girls and i headed out for an early walk because rain is suppose too set in. I walked with my girls for 2.5 miles and then did a walk/run combinaion. That gave me 3.5 Miles. I am not gonna log my progress just yet as I plan too either ride the Exercise Bike or get in another walk IF I can...
