I don't think so, in my opinion. Nothing flushes toxins like plain water. Anything else is just for hydration. Some might disagree with me, but I've found only water will really help my weight loss.

That's going to be pretty costly if you're drinking a couple of bottles a day..

i don't know much about vitamin water, I've had before. It's pretty tastey. but I suspect there are some artificial sweetners and other chemicals. Also, I think it says on the bottle one per day (I think).

to me, it's just a big marketing gimic.

You can increase your water intake from any water-based beverage you drink - but diaretics like alcohol and caffeine will only dehydrate you, so stay away from alcoholic beverages, coffee, soda, etc.

BUT... Vitamin Water Zero and other 'zero calorie' water drinks contain sucralose and other sugar substitues. I stay away from them because too much fake sugar makes me feel crappy and triggers headaches.

I personally count it because to me water is water.. whether flavored or not. I don't worry too much about the sweeteners or anything because they don't really affect me that much.

Vitamin Water Zero contains stevia as a sweetener.

It also contains erythritol and sorbitol as sweeteners as well. Stevia is fine, but the other are what get me.
