HR monitors: Mio wrist straps? (vs. Polar H7)

Hi. Anyone have any experience using the Mios? I'm debating changing from a Polar H7 (which is great and works well with my iPhone), and the Mio Fuse. I'm only interested in heart rate functionality (I use a separate program for tracking), specifically it's accuracy compared to the H7, and it's ability to keep connected for activities like weightlifting and running. Thanks!

I believe the tech for HR on the wrist is still very young and inconsistent. I considered going with a fitbit charge hr but in the end just stuck with my Garmin Fenix 2. google DC rainmaker he has a lot of good reviews in my opinion and you might find some insight there.0

If you look at DC Rainmaker's reviews, you'll find POSITIVE reviews of Mio's products. The problem isn't sensor technology, it is how well shielded the sensors are since outside light creates problems for optical HR sensors.0

Thanks to both of you. I will check this site out. Cheers0
