I'm cooking 2 chicken breast in the slow cooker with Bistos gravy made up for dinner tonight. What value do I put down if I'm using this as gravy on my dinner as it will have the chicken fat as well? I intend putting on 100mls

The fat from the chicken should already be accounted for. You did weigh your chicken raw before putting it in the crock pot?0

Thank you for replying. I was going to weigh it out when I came to dish it up. Will this make a difference as the rest of the chicken is for the family?0

i would of weighed the chicken before hand and then entered the gravy ingredients separately ...0

Ok, I'll remember that for the future0

The way I do it is this... I weigh out all ingrediants and add the grams together and then each items calories together.
I then divide the calories by the grams and times by 100. This gives how many calories are in 100g.
I then weigh out my portion and this gives me how many calories (give or take) I have consumed.0
