I have read several success stories on here of people who took a longer journey but reached their goals. I am finally in the right frame of mind to start this journey and wanted to find others either on the journey or just starting to "talk" to.

Hey everyone! I have been with MFP for about two weeks now. I have joined a gym and do personal training. My biggest down fall and I get butt chewed from my trainer for not eating enough. I have roughly 130 pounds to lose. Looking for new friends who share the same struggles and can be my support group. I have no support in my weight loss journey and I find some days to be very trying. Send me a request and let's connect :)

I have been on this journey almost 2 years. It takes time and patience. I am down 40lbs and have 60 left to go. I workout at home with BeachBody products during the week and go to my subdivision gym on the weekends when its crappy out or I walk around my neighborhood, all by myself, to get my steps in. You can add me as well as a friend. You can add me as a friend as well.

Feel free to add me ☺

I started in September 2014 and am 39lbs into my 119lb journey! Slow moving, I know but I'm getting focused now. I've been doing Slimming World and much as I love the concept and group support (still going), without calorie counting, there's no way I'm hitting my goal anytime soon!
  • I started 5 days ago. I have 135 pounds to lose. I would love to share this journey with you. Please add me if you would like.

Me too! I've dipped in and out of here for a while but started again on Saturday 11 April and have loads to lose but feel like I'm in the right place now. Easter choc is all gone and I'm using the NHS charts and podcasts (not quite ready for Couch to 5k yet but I'll get there). Fingers crossed.

Add me, I am on the same journey. I use Striiv band and it does help. I have noticed that if I walk enough to keep my calories burned at over 1500 even though I am not losing weight, I am losing inches...
