Sharing my first victory!

That victory is being the lowest weight i have been in 4 years!!! and i am on my way down more!! I have lost 34 lbs since 3/31 and i feel great. I don't notice a whole lot of difference in body shape but it could be because it is just me and i was large to begin with. My clothes are looser though and i notice that. My brother and friend said from just my face shot that my face look thinner. I know i have a LONGGG way to go but so far i am so proud of my progress. I was even worried when i ate that 380 calorie slice of pizza that day but i still stayed within my calorie goal and didn't go over without depriving myself. I haven't been able to exercise really at all either due to my surgery on May 5th which i can't wait to get back to exercising but i have still been staying within my goal. I may post pics but idk if people can tell a difference anyway lol
Have a good day and trust in YOURSELVES YOU CAN DO IT!!
Edited to add- The nurse at my surgeon's office asked me if my BP tends to run low.. i said no why?? MY bp was 112/70!! It has stayed around that the last 5x or so i have had it checked!!! It used to run 130/80 - 140/90 they were actually asking me a few months ago if i have had high BP!! How amazing is that??? My bp is normal range and now i don't have to worry about meds for high BP due to my weight... TY weightloss lol
