    We are in the same boat. I am determined and serious about loosing weight. I have been on my journey for 3 weeks. I weighed myself in the beginning, and will be weighed again when I go to the doctors Tue. I feel within myself a lot healthier than I was and know I have lost some weighed as family and friends have noticed. I have health mobility problems however prior to my journey I found it difficult to walk from my front door to my car. I am now walking 2 miles a day. I also eat extremely healthier. I'm sure we will become a support and motivation for each other. What I've realised is that there is no quick fix. It's all about changing life style and gradually loosing weight in order to be able to maintain the weight lost in the long run.
